Customer training as a service

Supporting and facilitating the work of our customers is important for us.

We offer targeted trainings for diverse customer groups. Plumbers, faucet installers, technicians, sales representatives, architects, designers, builders, constructors and technical managers of health care units are valued customers and partners to us. Together with them we want to ensure that the users of our sanitary fittings receive the best solutions.

The training topics include:

  • Installation and maintenance of faucets and sanitary fittings
  • Technology and materials of faucets and sanitary fittings
  • Customer service for installers
  • Drinking water quality.

Tailor-made trainings are also available on requested topics.

Hansa has two training centres in Germany – one in Stuttgart and one in Burglengenfeld. The Oras Faucet School is located at our premises in Rauma. All trainers are our own staff.

Additionally, we provide training for our customers in all our sales countries. For distant learning we offer online videos covering the installation and maintenance of our products.


The Oras Faucet School started already in 1983, and since then we have trained over 44.000 persons to install and maintain Oras faucets and valves.  Practically all Finnish faucet installers have participated in the Oras Faucet School at some point of their career.

Training on drinking water hygiene
This seminar provides the participants with a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge package about the drinking water hygiene. The training covers the relevant laws and technical regulations, as well as product solutions to ensure the hygiene of drinking water.
